What the request form collects
When you send the "Request service" form we collect four things you type: your name, phone number, town, and a short description of the tree problem. We also store the date and time, the page you sent it from, and your browser's user-agent string to help spot spam. We do not use cookies or ad trackers.
How it is used
Each request is emailed to the site's inbox (hello@joliettreeremoval.com) and passed on to an independent local tree provider, so they can call you back about the job. A backup copy is stored in our hosting provider's key-value storage (Cloudflare KV). We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell it.
How long we keep it
Backup copies are set to delete automatically after 180 days. To have yours deleted sooner, email hello@joliettreeremoval.com.
Phone calls
If you call, a call-tracking service logs your number, the time and the call length so the call can be forwarded and counted. Calls are not recorded. If that ever changes, a notice will play before recording starts.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests and may keep standard server logs for security.
